At Franklin Dental, our payment process is a smooth one. We provide you with payment plans, offer direct billing to your insurance company and follow the Alberta Dental Fee Guide that makes the cost of dental services the same across the whole province for dentists that follow this guide. 

It is not required by law that we follow this guide but we do so to make sure you have quality service at the best price.

New Patient Forms

Our patient forms are available online so that you may save time and fill them out before your appointment. The information you give us allows us to better understand who you are so that we can treat your oral health in a personalized manner.

Direct Billing To Insurance

Franklin Dental offers a convenient payment method via our direct billing plan. We don’t want you to be worried about your finances after coming to the dentist to get your teeth fixed. By providing you with direct billing to your insurance company you don’t have to wait to be reimbursed. You give us the coverage information and we take care of the rest. You will only be responsible for charges not covered by your policy.

Cancellation Policy

At Franklin Dental Centre, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. You may be charged a fee if you do not provide the proper notice.

Franklin Family Dental Centre 

Open evenings and weekends, we can book you in for a dental appointment when most offices will be closed. Our friendly staff will provide you with a personalized dental experience, taking care of your tooth and gum needs. Our certified professionals will accommodate sedation requirements during your procedure to help get rid of those nerves.
