Sealants work just like they sound, sealing out food particles from your molars. You may be great at brushing and flossing your teeth but cavities can still happen. Food, especially sticky foods stay around in those hard to reach places. Sealants help cavities from occurring.

Since sealants are applied to your molars, it is best to get them as soon as they come through. We recommend children and teens ages 6-14 or adults without fillings or decay get sealants applied to their teeth. We paint the sealants on your pre-molars with a clear, slightly tinted or white colour depending on what is best for you. Our two types of sealants are glass lonomer and composite resin, both a type of white filling.

Open on Saturday and during the week nights, we can book you in for a dental appointment when most offices will be closed. Our friendly staff will provide you with a personalized dental experience, taking care of your tooth and gum needs. Our certified professionals will accommodate sedation requirements during your procedure to help get rid of those nerves.
